Opens a session to the specified device using viOpenDefaultRM and viOpen.

Input Pins

• resourceString
  The visa identifier of the device
• accessMode
  The mode how the device should be accessed
• timeout
  Timeout for opening the device

Output Pins

• viInterface
  The handle to the device
