StartTime of Current Testcase

Description

Provides the startTime of the current execution. If running a testCase, its the time when the testCase started; if not running under a testcase (i.e. executed in a test/demo tab), the start time is returned.

Useful to generate customized log-info lines (to compute relative time deltas).
