Operation

• When ALL inputs are available, continue.

• Can be used as a JOIN operation, to synchronize multiple async processes.

Notice that every block with multiple inputs and an AND-input trigger behavior has an implicit join functionality built-in on its data-input pins. Therefore, this block is mostly useful to combine control flow values (i.e. to connect multiple enable-out pins).
