Editors

Editors are the main workspace in expecco. They are used to write code, to create execution models activity diagrams or to modify test parameters. There are different editors for different tasks:

Code Editor

This type of editor is used to view and edit text or executable code of elementary blocks.

Network Editor

This editor is used to view and edit activity diagrams of compound blocks.

Schema Editor

This editor is used to define the interface of a block.

Testplan Editor

This editor is used to view, edit an execute test plans.

Environment Editor

This editor is used to create and edit variables in the environment of a test suite or a compound block.

Documentation Editor

This editor is used to modify either the documentation of a certain tree element or a documentation element itself.

Test Editor

This editor is used to execute test and to model quick testing networks. It is similar to the network editor.

Attachment Editor

This editor is used to edit attachments.

Execution Editor

This editor is used to view and edit the execution settings for a test suite.

Misc Editor

This editor is used to view and edit some miscellaneous settings for a test suite or import library.

Generic Data Editor

This editor is used to set the values generated by a test data generator block.
