Operations

This directory is created when a testSuite (aka project) is loaded into expecco (and eventually recycled, when expecco is closed, or another project is opened).

Under this directory, you will find:

  • attachments (under the attachment subdirectory)
  • execution temp directories (under the tmp subdirectory)
  • classes, dll's and plugins (as required by activities)

Notice, that the name of this directory is always a temporary name (because there will be multiple such project directories, each with its own name) when you have multiple expecco-editors open on the same expecco-testSuite. Files generated there and the directory itself may be removed at any time after the current project is no longer edited in any expecco window (i.e. when another testSuite is opened).

Do not hardcode the name as returned here, anywhere, never.
